Found out about this site on a youtube auto repair video. They have free wiring diagrams and technical service bulletins that are in pdf form. Downloadable and printable. It's the only place I've found that actually had the tsb on paint codes for my year.

Interesting. Do you know if these are Toyota/Lexus OEM diagrams?

 

I only examined one diagram for comparison. It looks to be an exact copy of the Lexus diagram from an "overall" pdf that I got from the Toyota site. The overall pdf is the electrical diagrams in basic form in black and white all in one big file. The Toyota site also has more detailed color-coded pdfs of the various systems that you don't get at the site mentioned in the original post.
