Sad. The newer cars with all the bracing and crumple zones really dig into the older tech cars on impact. A buddy was hit in his oldercar by a much newer car. His sustained moderate damage ~$1.2K while the new Mustang got away with a front bumper and foam. The air bags on the Mustang didn't deploy at the sub 8 MPH impact.

You have to be kidding me... A water bottle under the brake pedal?
As much as I don't like letting cars drive for me, this is why some people need them... Such a shame.
Hopefully, the car can be put to good use in parts.

The sad part of this story is that the innocent driver got hurt ...
Too bad the chick with the filthy car , and bottles under the brake pedal didn't get hurt instead maybe teach her a lesson

wow thats really unfortunate. its weird to think that the more these older cars disappear to due crashes, how the price of them will be in 10 years. to be honest with cars nowadays i cant imagine the car scene in 10 years being much fun.

I found it funny as well. Here they take a good car, wire it for beat and God knows what else, throw on some sweet rim, run it into the ground, then let it sit for 3 years before having the nerve to be "firm" on the price and demand "serious" buyers only. And so it goes......

That's one of the most ridiculous listings I've seen on Craigslist... 3 years? The clearcoat and interior are probably messed up as well.
More like $300, firm... If at all.

Typical stuff, I see that a lot, I saw a vip give up one. Yeah do a little bit of what is considered coolness, then when the engine or transmission conks and the real work and big money comes to light then its off load my mess and try not to lose too much of the money I wasted.
