Default 92 Ls400 tune up?

hello everyone I'm obviously new here so forgive me if this post if it is not in the right location lol. so i just bought my 1st lexus 1992 Ls400 has about 200k on it all original from what i can tell no mods but i fell in love with this car everything about it is amazing lol so my question is i would like if someone could recommend some plugs wires fuel injectors etc. stuff like that so i can do a sweet tune up to this beautiful machine also should i do timing belt and all that good stuff? the guy i got it from didn't know much about it. so if anyone can help me out it would be much appreciated ...... thanks

Welcome, and congrats!

Check out when the timing belt was last changed on your car. Are there any records available? Check the Lexus records for your VIN online here.

I believe the job needs to be done every 80k miles, so it should have been done again around 160k miles in.

If all is well, you shouldn't have to change it for about another 40k.

Should you decide not to change the timing belt, it is not a big deal if it snaps. You could be stranded, but the UCF10-UCF11 (1990-1994) models have non-interference engines. This means that the pistons don't move into the area where the valves are, so nothing will get destroyed if the belt snaps.

I believe the 1UZ-FE became an interference engine starting in 1995(?). Someone correct me, if I'm wrong. I've never been sure about that fact.
