98-00 LS400 Best way to remove amber turn signal lens?
I've found very few threads about how to do it and I was curious of the best way.
I'm referring to the corner headlight turn signal that is held in with the 1 Phillip's head screw at the top. I have the orange capsule broken off inside but I can't seem to find any way to break it up further to remove it.
I've tried needle nose pliers, etc. Anyone got a better or "best" way of doing this?

I can get it on top of the bulb hole easily, it's just so big I can't get any needle nose to grasp it to a point that I could break it. I may try a soldering iron.

someone made this, but yea that light can be annoying. it feels like you might break it but you (probably) won't. just takes adequate force, leverage, and wiggling

Related photos are at 18th and 19th from the top left. Clicking the photo at the page shows you a bigger photo. To find those photos easily, I just show you at below adding English explanations.
All you need is to remove the screw at the top and pull forward by your hand as is shown in the photos.

Did you ever figure out how to get the amber pieces out completely? I need to replace my turn signal and my other side has no amber so I'm trying to remove it from the new one.
