Default 99LS400 brake caliper bolts

1999 LS400 front caliper 17mm bolts that attach caliper to knuckle. Do the bolts have part#? One of mine is rounded. Any place besides dealer to get them?

I have some kicking around my trunk, I'll try to get a measurement for you sometime. I believe they are M12 x 60ish mm (1.25pitch) but don't quote me on that

Ordered from dealer today, they are $3.70 a piece. Don't know the part# yet, will let you know when they arrive.

If anyone needs to get new 17mm that attach front brake calipers to knuckle,
bolts part number is:

BOLT FLANGE - TOYOTA (90080-10298)

I guess they fit multiple vehicles Toyota charges $1.35 and Lexus $3.73 a piece.
Had I known the part #, could have gotten them a bit cheaper

Nothing like a Luxury mark up. Oh and from experience the Lexus part number will do you no good at Toyota.

You are mistaken. Toyota/Lexus part numbers are one and the same as the parts cataloging system is integrated. The only exception is for those parts that are lexus exclusive (ie- only sold by lexus dealerships) but even those will show up in the toyota parts system.

Have noticed that Toyota parts departments will typically go no further if you tell them it is for a Lexus...in other words you must have your part numbers researched in advance....and when they ask you (Toyota) year and model, simply redirect their focus to looking up the P.N. you audibly asked they provide P& D...

I believe they are vigorously directed in this regard, but unless you are 100% certain it is a cross over P.N., such as a temperature sensor or Oil Control Valve, oil filter, then it will come up as a Lexus only part and the Toyota parts guy becomes combative.

Do your research..

The LS400 was sold under Toyota badge(ie Celsior) Internationally, yet Toyota was persuaded they could not market as a luxury brand (increased profitability and ROI) Stateside. (many already know this)...thus, Lexus.

Perhaps this explains why LS400 specific parts sold internationally throughToyota are more cost effective compared to Lexus...

No putting green, shoeshine, masseuse, cafe or fetching high-heeled receptionist at Toyota however...
