How to change headlight bulb for 98 LS400 DIY?

At the 2000 european model there is no screw, only a metal bracket that holds the bulb in place.
But i checked it at japan-parts.eu for the 98 US model. Its the same drawing. No screw that holds the bulb...

idk maybe they changed it for 99 because i swear i had to remove 2 screws to get the bulb out

You are mistaken. There are no screws unless you removed the entire bulb holder.

Thanks for the help, everyone! I removed the battery to reach the headlight bulb on the driver side and removed the air filter on the passenger side. Took awhile, but it's pretty easy once you know how to do it. And yeah, there aren't any screws that hold the bulbs in place.
