I don't know your problem is caused by the jump start but it often causes a problem to electronics circuits. because it generates a surge pulse which reaches more than 100V. This has been discussed many times on the forum and you also can find articles about it searching the Net.
For examples:

Toyota/Lexus uses many surge absorbers called ZNR at circuits to prevent the damage caused by the surge but sometimes those ZNRs can't fully absorb the surge well enough depending on the waveform. Sometimes fuses are only open. So check fuses first.
If fuses are all OK, try resetting computers by the power disconnection. If still you can't fix the problem, you need to repair the damaged unit in a worst scenario. I have had some experience fixing those damaged units replacing regulators, resistors, diodes and others.
