If there was no code set there is no muss and fuss with the radio it is then all plug and play. There is a procedure to check if a code is set in the owners manual. Does it say anything on the lcd when you turn it on.

No it doesn't say anything it looks normal as if it should work. But that noise made me think it could be the amplifier.

I'd simply check the neutral safety switch attached to the AT and the ripple voltage as the 2 important items in a case like yours.

Yamae I've already had the ecu repaired thank you the car runs great now. But now my radio is coming on like normal but is making a thumbing or wooting noise. I'm thinking the amplifier is bad do you ?

Yeah it turned out to be that the amplifier was bad got the new one in today and the radio is back to working. Thanks guys for the help!
