Default 97 LS 400 Blower Fan Issues

Need some help.... swapped out blower motor resistor and the blower and still no air... any Ideas?

Run the self diagnostics. It maybe the same of different for your year car.

It's not the climate control.. took fan out it was running but not as fast as it should.. thinking relay... options getting short and it getting hot out!!

LOL. An old school boy will have a hard time to understand that modern cars blower motor is controlled by a computer. I'd simply check the signal from the computer to the fan controller. You can check it reading the voltage of pin 17 of the connector T at the A/C computer. Does the voltage swing when you select different fan speeds?
