Hello, when you bleed a master cylinder, can air get into the system when the brake lines are disconnected. Will they leak when disconnected?

Thank

The lines will leak and you can always get air in the system when anything is disconnected.

Thanks, I have bled the brakes twice now.

I still have a semi soft pedal. If I blip the brakes barely one time the next jab at them gives me a solid pedal with good stopping power.

Not sure if there is still air in the system, master cylinder or in the ABS somewhere.

I don't want to have to bleed a third time all four wheels.

Thanks, Rich
