Harmonic balancer
I replaced mine @ 165,000mi with original balancer from Lexus. If you plan on keeping it for a while use original parts for engine components

I usually use original parts when necessary, however I heard aftermarket was ok in this case......so I took a chance....its got 240k on it, runs hard.....go over 130mph occasionally, lol
