Q's about LS nitrous
Arg.. I just typed this whole long message and hit 'escape' by accident. ..start over..
First - If we added a wet/dry system, the injector would be installed before the MAF sensor correct? If you look at the MAF housing it's not very long and there would be limited space to drill a hole for an injector. The other pieces are plastic before and after the MAF housing. Where would you place the injector? Would a custom intake pipe have to be fabriicated? Or can the injector be an inch or less close to the MAF sensor?
Second - I recall someone here posting that the LS timing could not be adjusted due it being controlled by the ECU. Let's say we add 150 shot nitrous, from what I read and took "as-is" on the internet this amount of injection would require a 4-6° timing retard. If the timing cannot be adjusted - what are those numbers on the timing belt mount for behind the engine fan?

To check timing, in case the harmonic balancer is worn and spinning inside itself. To check knock sensors to make sure they are retarding timing properly when needed via the engine ecu.
