I was looking at the first How-To item on "Shaking". It's a TXT file, and it doesn't appear with word-wrap. You might want to convert it to an HTML file, for easier viewing.

Johnw: Thx for nice comment. Once you start, there is no point to stop so I keep updating

boxsoft: Ahh, thx, I will take care of this. Didn't realize there was no wrap option once you view it from IE.

Retro you are looking for wiring diagrams right? Well I don't know if you've seen these, but I found these diagrams a while back, hope this helps.

Wire Diagram 1 - I believe this is the Pioneer diagram with CD changer control. My factory deck was Pioneer but without CD, so it looked exactly like the picture here minus the connection in the lower left.

Wire Diagram 2 - I have no idea about this one but they say it's for a Lexus. Maybe someone will recognize and identify it.

Now it's time for some waterskiing!!!!

Earl!

Retrodrive,

You are the man. I have used your site to refer others to on how to remove the A/C control module (and contact data for Mikado) and radio, researched the problems you post solutions for, learned about suspension and audio soundproofing, etc. Just two weeks ago I referred to the site for how to remove the radio when I put my new head unit in (instructions were better than those from Crutchfield).

I truly appreciate it!

I just wanted to say "BIG Thank You" for your effort to help out other LS owners. Your "How to" list have helped me to maintain my LS with MINIMUM EXPENSE !!!!!!

I hope I would see you at the Toyota/Lexus meeting, so I could personally say Thank you.

Keep up the good work !!

Retrodrive,

Good idea on the donate link. It is a good way to show some thanks for all your hard work on the how-to's. I hooked you up with a donation (because I can ) I know some guys can't (sometimes money is too tight, especially for college guys), but those of us that use sites like Retro's and BananaGS's need to help support our Lexus brothers hooking us up with the how-to's and DIY stuff.

Thanks Again,

lol...first donation! Thanks a lot man!

I am yet to take apart a nakamichi unit and see if the diagram works for it. Once you take out the amplifier section out of the headunit, there are indications on connectors of what goes where.
