1uz wiring diagram
Alright guys I have been at this all day using every search method I could and here I am. I have a 1993-1996 1uz ecu with a 34 22 16 28 pinout. All the schemantics I have found do not fit my pinout. ECU number is 175800-9280 12v and under toyota is written 89661-50224, I really need the diagram to finish wiring my car. Please help me!
on the 28 pin connector numbers 11,17,18,and 19 are all blank if this helps at all. Pin 1 is a blue wire and pin 28 is blue yellow.

I'm looking at my '96 wiring diagrams. They should be very similar. I'm not seeing an ECM pinout with the pins missing that you mention.
Do any of these look like yours? The bullets are wires not pertaining to the engine control diagrams and the X designates an empty pin.

Yes you have the answer. It's a 96 wiring diagram. It's weird because my car isn't a 96. The missing pins I'm guessing relate to my car not having certain features. But the color coded wires match perfectly. I plan to do a write up on how to do it all so you can have one place for the 240sx guys to look instead of crowding your guys forums.

Well, do you need the whole diagram? These cars, for the most part, come wired one way per year. There were option like trac control and heated seats but otherwise the LS400's came loaded standard. The 1995 and 1996 wiring should be VERY similar.
I actually just looked up the parts numbers for the engine harness for the 95 and 96 and they were the same. That doesn't mean they actually are but that's what the parts database says. The ECM part numbers are different, I know that for sure.

Pin #11 TE2 is connected to the DIAG connector TE2.
Pin #17 CCO2 and 18 CCO1 are connected to two exhaust gas temperature sensors CCO2 and CCO1.
Pin #19 L is connected to the neutral safety switch LL.

So how come all this and you STILL DID NOT TELL US WHAT YEAR CAR?
There is no 93 to 96 ECU ! Banshee we agree again !
93 is OBD1, 96 is OBD2, since that is the case how could they be the same? This whole post here is just worthless with out the year car, and what is going on.
I guess its another engine swap to something else. You will need all the sensors and motors etc that go with the ecu if your putting in an older engine and using the newer ecu.

okay first off yes it is a motor swap. Second I understand that they are different ECU's depending on the year. Finally know my engine and harness came from a 94 ls400. Now tell me why the wiring diagram matched a 96 ls400. Unless you can answer that question then I don't know how they can be the same. Just the way this all worked out I guess.

If your ECM p/n is 89661-50224 you have a 1995 ECM. The car could have possibly been built in 94 but that's a 1995 p/n. That's also a late 1995 ECM so it may have been replaced for drivability problems if it was a 94 built car. Being that 89661-50224 is a 1995 ECM and the 1995-1997 is the same generation, that would explain why a 1996 wiring diagram matches your needs.
