Unhappy VSC OFF, CEL on no throttle

OK I have read a lot on this subject but I am about to pull my hair out. Used a scan tool and got code P1126 magnetic clutch electrical circuit failure. I bought a throttle body off of ebay and thought I had the problem fixed Started down the drive way and the lights came right back on. I Checked all the continuity and it is fine I ran long jumper wires to the plugs that go to the clutch and throttle motor and applied 12v to each. Everything works. I then sent the ECM to a place in Ill. SIA electronics and they repaired the ECU the Tech. said it had 2 leaking Capacitors and a burned Diode. I thought bingo problem solved. Reinstalled the ECM same problem. My next guess is that it could be the ABS & TRC & VSC module that is telling the ECM to cut power to the magnetic clutch and throttle motor. This is the only other thing that I know to go to.
I would really like ti have my car back running and would welcome any ideas I'm at the end of my rope.

I know some about the ECU and I think I can give you some ideas but you need to provide me the details.

Which capacitors and a diode were not OK? I need to know the reference numbers of those. A burned diode often means that the damage is not only that but also some related circuits/components.

Did you apply the DC12V to the clutch and the motor? Those devices are designed to supply pulses not the DC12V. Applying it may damage them.
