Is what something you should worry about? The EGR pipe or the welded cats?

Im referring to the EGR pipe. Is that something I should have fixed? Like will driving around on it do any sort of damage?

The main issue with the EGR pipe being broken is the annoying noise. It shouldn't cause much of a problem otherwise.
