Well, i did drive it around with all the stuff out...shook and inspected all the parts before I put them back in as well. Nothing.

All I can say is it sounds like a marble rolling across a table and tapping against something when it comes to a stop. It's sort of random in that it doesn't happen all the time but when it happens, it's generally during harder than usual turns or acceleration and deceleration.

I'll take another crack at it tomorrow!

it might even be under your carpeting as well. The cavities that the wire harnesses create, running underneath can make the perfect spot for something to move around in.

I'm thinking it might be a loose screw or something tiny

The carpet is formed to perfectly fit the body. I don't see something under the carpet making noise as plausible.
