You could get it out, but you have to start with a very small drill bit and make sure you hit center on the first try. Then progressively put in larger drill bits till you can pry it out. Take a fair amount of time, but it is doable.

Yup.Once its drilled to almost nothing left run a punch around whats left and it will fold up and come right out.BTDT.
