Default 1998 LS400, how to adjust headlight beam height?

Hi, all.

Several weeks ago I took out my headlight assemblies to polish them and remove the yellow haze. In the process I managed to bump the driver's side out of adjustment.
Currently the driver's side is several inches higher than the passanger's side (attached)

My problem is, I have no idea how to adjust them vertically. Can anybody lead me in the right direction? (Attached is a standard halogen assembly, can someone circle the adjuster?)

Thanks!

NON-HID btw.

It's the long screw between the two lamps.

Thanks! Now the low beam is correct, but the high beam is off. Is that a separate adjustment?

There is no way to adjust the low and high beams separately. You adjust the low beam and the high is considered adjusted.

it's basically the same as with non HIDs

i just turned the headlights on against the closed garage door and pretty much just turned the screws until they were equal and level

Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't your car have the auto leveling system on it? If so then maybe one of the sensors is not working or rusted to the point where it can't move.
If it's regular then the screw adjustment posted will work, unless you damaged something when you removed your bumper recently. That was you, right? Hard to remember who did what off the top of my head with so many members now.

Sensors seem fine, bumper was repaired back in may I think. I do see them move up and down when starting and when breaking heavily.

Would one of those bolts be for low and the other for high beams? Know which direction makes them go up?

i have a note on my phone from april 2012 lol... 'bolt 1: clockwise is down'

from what i remember bolt 2 really didn't do much, and i think bolt 1 for the most part moved the low and high beams in unison

Wow that was easy your notes made it easier. Had to remove filter box to get access to the passenger but it was way too easy lol. Took an hr of adjusting to get the distance right.
