Unhappy Exhaust and Other Leaks :(

Just got a diagnosis from Lexus of Richmond Hill.
My baby (Lucille the Lexus - 2000 LS) has a few issues:

- Exhaust manifold on the passenger side needs to be replaced: $2200 CDN
- Y-Pip is cracked: $900 CDN

Leak that caused my driver's side Tweeter to short out:
- Window weather strip: $110 CDN
- leak from driver's side mirror: replace the mirror: $1100 CDN.

OUCH.
I will get the Y-Pipe OEM and got a quote for ~$380 for a new one installed.

Here's are my questions:
1. Can I get an OEM exhaust manifold or should I look for a used one? (junk yards don't have LS400's)
2. The reason Lexus wants to replace the mirror is because the leak is on the weatherstripping around the mirror and it's all one assembly, so should I just silicone caulk it with clear silicone?

Update:
On my service advisors (at Lexus) advice, I took the car to a muffler shop (less expensive).
They said Only my manifold BOLT needs replacement, and the Y-Pipe.
$300.
Fixed.

As for the mirror leak I asked Lexus to change my window weather stripping on their advice ($100)...to be done soon, and instead of replacing the mirror I will simply take it out and caulk it with clear weatherproof caulking. I'll try to do it so it isn't visible.

I'll let you know!
