Default Cleaning MAF?

Can this be spray cleaned: 22250-50010 ?
IF i am already going to replace the sensor
22204-42011that attaches on top of the complete unit.

i have heard several time that this particular MAF system cannot be cleaned. But is that only because of the sensor 22204-42011.
Thanks everyone!

A maf and afm are not the same thing. Do not use any aerosol or solvent on an early lexus AFM. If you are referring to the AFM body assembly, then yes it is cleanable. It is not as fragile as the actual AFM. But I would not bother. Unless it has been in a flood, its job is to intake freash air after the filter, it really should not need cleaning.
