Default Trans Fluid Out Of Dipstick Tube 91

Hey guys. SO today I was driving my celsior. Noticed a rough spot in the throttle cable so I pulled up at home and gave it a rev to about 7k rpm. All of a sudden, white smoke. Shut it off and saw trans or ps fluid. Over the hoses near the trans sum. I could not find a hose leaking anywhere but the trans dipstick was loose. Started the engine again and nor more leaks or smoke but I can not seem to locate the source. It looks like it came from the filler tube.

Im stuck here. The level looked a little high when I checked the fluid.

wow that's a high rev! first I would clean up the mess then try to see if the leak comes back, if it even does as a 7k rev is pretty dang high (way past the 6k redline)!

what color is the fluid?

I only just did a fluid change so the color is good.

honestly it's a point where I just feel like replacing all the hoses and overhaul in all the trans seals. It's all original and even tho it's only got 70k miles I'm sure they have mostly had it.

I cleaned the fluid and there is not much of any leaking. But there is a little. It's really hard to tell where it's coming from. I think I may need to use a up test kit for this one.

You must have not done something right. Didn't you mention on another thread about needing seals? Transmission must be way too full.

Yep I am going to redo the whole trans seals asap. Just chasing the correct parts right now. Drained it and replaced screen. Looks like there was a clog somewhere and it built up pressure. Fluid level is good. Just have a myriad of other things that are showing up. Really want to keep the car tho. But I have not yet committed to it over another ls or gs300.
