I guess it's time for me to get a cheap oscilloscope. I've been putting that off and it makes troubleshooting very hard without one. My grandsons car is still running great, since the original fix(?). Does give me another direction to go if it happens again. Thanks, Yamae. But I think I am out of the role of working on cars for a while. Fell off a chair yesterday and they just put a pin on my left femur. Perhaps 6 weeks before I'm much use again.

So I pulled me ecu today and not quite sure I see anything visually. Can someone be my second set of eyes? Unfortunately no one I know would even begin to identify anything out of the norm.
