Default Fuel gauge not moving

So I bought my 98 lexus this past Friday. The dealership filled it up before I left. I've driven it aboit 100 miles and the gas gauge has not moved yet. The dte has gone down about the same amount of miles as are on my trip meter but the needle on the actual fuel gauge has not moved. Is that odd or normal for these? Could it be my fuel pump?

It won't be the pump and the pump doesn't send the fuel level. Some cars will fill further than than gauge and take a while to come down but 100 miles seems a bit much. Could be the fuel level sender in the tank is stuck. Is just call the dealer

so since it has started moving, my dte gauge now just says "low fuel". my gas light came on a little above quarter tank according to the needle. is that usually when the gas light comes on in these cars, or is my needle probably a little off? the gauge seems to still be going down but it seems to have slowed a little bit. any insight would be awesome.
thanks,
-Sean

It could be the needle sticking? my Speedometer needle is starting to do this during the cool mornings and I've only got 151k on my 99'

This is my fuel guage for my 1993 LS400. Replaced 3 capacitors. No flickering, RPM is good , speedo works but the fuel guage.
