There are 4 O2 sensors, 2 upstream (before cat) & 2 downstream (after cat) sensors on each bank. Why are you changing them? You'll need to give us more info so we can help you.

i believe i melted a cat.... or its clogged, or both....lol... so i figured i may as well replace both cats and O2s....

Stay away from the stealer & go w/ Rockauto. I've purchased tons of parts from this online store for years. They have very good price & good selection of parts based on how much you want to spend. In regards to the O2 sensors & cats, you can't go wrong w/ Denso as it's OEM & you can go w/ aftermarket cats i.e. Walker, Magnaflow, etc... but make sure it's legal in your state.

Thanks for the input people....i ordered EASTERN catalytic converters ($143×2) and DENSO upstream O2 sensors ($54×2) and DENSO downstream O2 sensors ($60×2)..... So far so good!

Now call a few local muffler shops for price. It should be around $100 to get them install assuming the exhaust pipes & mufflers are still in good shape. For the new O2 sensors, make sure you screw them in first then hook up the connectors, otherwise the wires will twist on you. Good luck.
