Default Radio help

Hey guys I’m new to the forum and to the Lexus brand. I just got a 98 ls400 non Navi and non Nakamichi and my radio won’t power on. I have power to the climate control and all that just not the radio. I checked the fuses and they’re fine. I read online that there is 3 fuses but I only found 2. Is there anything I should check before blaming the head unit itself ?

Does the car have a phone? Sometimes my steering wheel phone controls would mute the radio.

"No power on" means no power supply or the power circuit in your radio is dead. Those 3 fuses related to the radio are as follows.
I don't think it's related to the mute function.
* Radio #1 20A located behind the battery. This is only connected to audio units.
* Radio #2 15A located under the dash, left side. This is also connected to the shift lock, A/C and outer mirrors.
* Dome 10A located behind the battery. This is also connected to the dome light and wireless door lock circuit.

I did notice that the dome 10A is bad. That also powers the radio? And I don’t have a phone but I do have the antena connection and pin connection in the trunk
