I have a 2000 LS400 with the black interior, and need to replace the REAR seats. After looking for several months, I haven't found any ucf20 seats available to purchase in my area. I'm pretty desperate to get something in there, so I'm trying to find out whether or not the back seats from the older models will perfectly swap into my car? I haven't seen any posts or comments about this topic, so I figured I'd ask myself.

They will not.

Try looking on car-part.com for a '98-00.

There are even differences between the '95-97 and '98-00 seatbacks (Center headrest). So you'll want a'98-00 if you want it to be correct.
