I agree with vraa about one of the best stock sound systems in the world on a sedan. I haven't heard anything stock in a car that compares to the Nakamichi in my 91 LS. The DSP in my 740iL is decent, and the bose in my E class is just plain lousy. The only stock stereo I have heard that's better than the Nakamichi is...you guessed it..... mark levinsons in the newer models...

Now that I finally have a LS400 I can reply about it instead of my Camry on this topic.

I am glad to report that even with 225,000 miles, my 90 LS400 is still 100% squeak and rattle free. These cars are like tanks.

I will also add that I did test drive a 1984 Mercedes 300SD with 336,000 miles and believe it or not- that car was still 100% squeak and rattle free.
