Default Something unplugged in steering wheel, left side steering



Sorry for all the posts everyone, im currently restoring this car to as new as I can get. Can someone tell me what this is supposed to be plugged into???

I would guess the plastic bushings that help move the steering wheel up/down/in/out are worn and someone unplugged the motor to stop it from making noise.
