Seriously tho', houses here in So Cal are at ridiculous prices, especially in San Diego. I am only glad I bought mine waaaaayyyyyy before it got crazy..... Reminds me of the 1997-1999 Bull run of Wall Street. It is out of whack with reality of the US economy, yet continues to climb DAILY !!
Ahh the cars....My little rice rocket (Toy Matrix) is unbelievable ! It is a blast to drive and so much fun too, and is a sharp contrast to the sheer elegance and luxury that the LS provides. My wife drives the truck.... Not my thing ! Guess what, I almost bought a Black RX back in 2000 (for the wife, of course). I actually put a deposit down but the wife complained the RX was *not big enough* for her, hence instead of the nicer RX, we got the full size brute - Sequoia. On the bright side, the wife has been loving me ever since
