Welcome to Club Lexus.
Were hub centric adapters installed? If not, this install is not advisable.

I don't think it was installed and I just order some hubcentric rings online today to get it installed.

The adapters would have the wheel studs attached and would be for the 114.3 to 115.

Sounds about right, Chevys only last about 3 years before the wheels start to fall off.

I decide to return them no need for all of this trouble wit all Dem knowledge they know about rims and tires and wheels. What disappointed me was they did poor customer service and failed to explain to me about the hubcentric. Thanks for all of your comments you have been a great help

Wheels with a different hub bore will require a hub centric ring to fit them right on the Lexus. Vibrations are common if not. Happy to help.
