91 steering tilt problem

91 steering tilt problem

canot tilt wheel, it will extend and retract. removed column cover to expose gear drive and there is no movement on the “worm drive gear” that drives the large gear when trying to tilt. checking power at the motor, single black and single white aprox. 16g wire. what should I be checking for to narrow down the problem?

Power at the connector for one.

I had the same problem too, until I saw this on youtube.
