If the car is:
1. In better than average to very good condition
2. You have a body guy or can DIY
3. Don't need an immediate replacement-daily driver
4. Really like the car
Air bags did not pop? May be lucky in that regard if wanting to fix.
Then take it on.
Your daughter is ok?

Boy it really looks like someone punched it in the eye. Bummer.
The way the fender is pushed into the drivers side door is concerning. It might just be sheet metal but if the frame moved it's a much bigger project. Does the drivers side door open and close normally? If the fender distorted the area with the hinges the project gets even bigger. The hood is over the passenger side fender. Did it damage that fender?
I'd have a body shop evaluate the extent of the damage. If you're lucky it's just sheet metal. At a minimum you'll need a new bumper brace and mounts, core support, hood, hood hinges, bumper cover, drivers side fender, lights and blinker. You'll probably need at least touch up on the drivers door and passenger fender.
From a purely financial perspective the repairs are likely to cost more than it would take to buy a clean undamaged one. That said these cars are very well built and surprisingly easy to work on (in some ways). This is a Lexus forum so we're emotionally attached to our LS's. So we would advocate fixing the one you love and damn the expenses, after all, it's not our money.
Let us know what you decide,
John

Sorry to see this happened. I hope your daughter is okay.
If you're trying to get interest in a car that's damaged, you need to provide more info, such as the mileage, the interior, if the airbags were deployed, and images of the condition of all other areas of the car. These areas include, but are not limited to: all views of the exterior, the interior, and the engine bay.
GoldLex99's assessment of the damage is pretty accurate. The radiator support and driver's side fender apron are damaged. In addition to the parts GoldLex99 mentioned, the car may need a new left front rocker panel cover, battery tray, air cleaner assembly, radiator fan and fan shroud, radiator, and work performed on any components in that area, such as the A/C lines.
