Default 1998 Lexus ls400 headlight (aftermarket)
I got these headlights and the seller got them from rockauto before they discounted them, but they seem to not work on my 98 LS, do I only need only Toyota brand headlights ??

your 98 may not have come with factory HID headlights.

It probably came with regular halogen ones, which would explain the problem.

Those appear to be HID since they have the ballast on them.

yea alot of 98s came without hid’s
