Regards costs,look into and research mobile mechanics.You can get experts on Toyota/Lexus to come to your home and diagnose,you buy parts and get them to install or have he/she do the whole job parts and labor.Big money savings when you dont have a shop to support.Just yet another option.....a friend of mine swears by the mobile mechanic he uses.
