Default Temp problem

1999 LS 400
Temp gauge stays slightly below the 4th marker
Doesnt fluctuate
Just stays there always

I did just flush the system and replace radiator due to a crack.
But the temp still stays above normal or what seems to be normal

Was the thermostat also replaced? Was the temp gauge at the same spot prior to the fix? May need to be burped. Here ya go:
