1996 LS400 #2 ignitor
Hello,
Pardon me if I'm a bit retarded. I have searched the Internet, including this site for this answer. I simply cannot find a direct answer.
I have a 96 LS that I have driven for twelve years and spent far more in than a rational human to keep it on the road. I can work on American muscle cars, but newer cars not so much.
After my replacement car blew up after 200 miles, I bit the bullet and replaced the tranny in the LS. Great for a week.
Now the SOB won't run for more than a blink. Ran codes.
P1305. #2 Ignitor. I cannot find out exactly where this thing is. Found a 90 has two. One in front one in back. No where can I find which is #2, exactly where it is on a 96 or a pic/vid. I went ahead and ordered a used one. Can anyone help this retard? I hate to have it towed to the shop, which seems to always charge $800 for anything other than an oil change.
Thanks and sorry if this isn't in the right thread.
