Are there any testing services for antifreeze? Im considering oil testing as my mileage is so low.

Yes. But remember that the LLC ages faster when heated up.
Chemical reactions are temperature dependent and higher the temperature faster the aging. When a car is running, the temperature is around 80 to nearly 100℃ and the LLC ages faster than at ambient. That's the reason why two conditions every 2 years and within 30k miles are set.

coolant usage (and type) will vary with where the car is used as well. just like oil, the climate in which the engine resides is a factor, in my opinion.
now in Michigan they see much colder climates than us in California throughout the year, so coolant type (and thus change interval) should vary.
now Toyota does not specify different coolants for different temps, and they only have 2 choices, pink or red. which one to use? when to flush? what is ultimately right?
there will never be an exact answer, but there will certainly be an established baseline.
I personally start there, then deviate by experience and choice.
