So I guess my Fog lights are not working as intended and I am not hearing a clicking sound either. Does anyone has 98 LS400 Fog light relay part number?

I think it's either:

90987-02006
or
90987-02009

These same relays are used in a lot of different circuits; they're kind of universal.
