Did you check the Circuit Opening Relay?

The little jail cell is your coolant or temperature warning. So something is wrong if this light stays on when the car starts. This light will switch off when the car is running. Mine is lit up when ignition only is on.

So you pulled out the ecu and made sure circuit opening relay is operating? It's either the cor, fuel relay or pump itself. I'd say it's the pump
