As others have said, car is probably fine but asking price is about double what you should expect to pay for that. For reference, I just picked up a 1999 with 104k miles for $3300. Had a few small cosmetic issues but still solid. I'm curious where they are getting that price from?

Yeah, I ended up telling him that I didn't want to waste his or my time, and that I didn't think it was worth over $3,000. Did look nice and in good condition. Since I'm selling my jag, I thought I'd take the opportunity to get something with better gas mileage and a manual transmission, so I may not go the LS400 route.
