A Couple Of Problems - Fluid Leak, and SQUEAKING!
HI guys.
I have what I thought was a trans leak however could it be a PS leak? The trans fluid has not dropped in 6 months. Yet the PS is leaking from somewhere as it has dropped quite a bit. The reason I thought it was the trans was that the fluid is visible on the front of the trans case, behind the steering rack.
ALSO! Do any of you guys have annoying squeaks from the seats rubbing the center console? This is so annoying!

Trans leak could be a PS rack/cable leak. Cleaning it up and then checking it after driving a bit might prove useful. Color on both is the same so sometimes hard to tell. My tranny pan gasket is leaking I know and have plans to replace it before the end of the year. Not driving it currently due to that.
As for seats rubbing, not sure I've ever heard of that. Have you tried conditioning the seat material to see if you could soften it up. Is it from the seat bolster or the seat back?

power steering leaks are very common at the bottom of the PS reservoir.
usually the leak drips on the alternator then causes it to fail prematurely, so check there first!
as for the seat rubbing, I don't recall mine rubbing at all.
to isolate, try putting a piece of paper to find the source of the rub. then I would clean the contact points with simple soap/water.

I had an inexplicable PS leak in one of my pressure lines on the steering rack. It was leaking from the fitting like a waterfall. I did a bad re-flare and got it to mostly stop leaking haha.

As for the PS leak, the high pressure hose is known to leak which would probably spray backwards onto the tranny while driving. Mine never have, but just a thought.

Oh yea I remember that annoying squeak. Mine was the passenger seat rubbing the arm rest. It happened cuz of the way I lean on the arm rest while driving. I just folded up some paper towels and slid them in between. Plus then ya have an emergency rag if ya have a spill
