Resolved. Appears to be leak from Hose and the PS Pump wasn't leaking but I went ahead and got a rebuilt ACDelco and swapped that as well.

It dont see any noise and I assume its the radiator fan bearing you're talking about.

That's the one. Seems to be a common failure from what I can read. I changed mine out when I did my timing belt at 230k for a leaking water pump. It(fan bearing) was making a heck of a racket by that time.
