Need help strange issue having 95
Basically I have a 95 Cali emissions.. I threw in a 96 engine into it . changed the starter and went to put the key in.. Car was turning over on key accessory mode .. I fully cranked the key over and nothing. Took the key out still heard starter trying to engage... Defroster light blinking and etc pwr mode.. So I thought it was the ignition switch I changed it not it won't even crank over.. Now try to start it I hear relays clicking
