Vacuum hose
Can anyone tell what is that hose for ?? Because in my car it is cancelled out by the previous owner

That is for the power steering "idle up air valve". I just posted a brief explanation on that in the last day or so in another thread here. Found it:

17630-16040 is the part number for that valve. The hose you highlight is the output side of that, from the valve to the intake manifold.
Blocking it off is common, but may not be the best solution.
