96 sc400 transmission fitment on a 97 ls400? Please helo

Swapping a 96 sc400 moto and transmission to a 97 ls400, I have all the hardware swapped over but the motor mounts Dont seem to line up motor is sitting in car. Is there any other info anyone can give me On the swap

why not use the original motor mounts from the LS400 engine?
