1993 Lexus LS400 oddly high idle
So, when I start my car it’s at around 1500rpms and as the car warms up, the idle goes up to around 2000 rpms. I have no idea what’s happening can somebody please help me? My car is making me so mad

be glad it's not the other way around, which most folks here experience!
but to your remedy, does the high idle condition happen when the car is in gear when warmed up?
what is your mileage?
there is an air idle control valve that does get stuck with age but usually it get's stuck in the low idle position...

It happens when the car is warmed up and when my mileage is 157k miles
