The valve cover bolts have a very low torque spec, 53 INCH-lbf so it's fairly common for them to come loose. Sometime they just need tightened a little...

The valve cover bolts employ a special washer to prevent over torquing so you're prob safe but it's still a good idea to be mindful of the low torque spec. Most LS owners will find these to be only finger tight so it's no surprise when a little oil seeps out...
