93ls400 motor turns over, no fuel no spark, fob and locks inop.
Just bought my first Lexus and it has been sitting for 7 years, seller said battery was changed and security system has locked the car out and that's all I know. I have checked all fuses and they are good I did notice they ran a hot wire from the fuse panel in the engine compartment to the fuel pump and have spliced into a wire under the fuse box that ties into the main engine relay and piggybacked with another relay copy into the dome light fuse which door locks work if key is on but will not work if i undo there jumper,, so I'm kind of at a moment where I'm not sure which way to go to start Diagnostics so if there's anyone there that can help point a good direction let me know and I'll start checking a few things.

The fuel pump can be hot wired right at the diagnostic port, no reason to scab in a bunch of wiring. The security system keeps the starter from working so if it works its not the security system. Its a case of someone messing with the electricals.

Sounds about right, i worked on toyota for 4 years and have seen some weird stuff,, you think there was a chance they hooked the battery up backwards and maybe fried the ecm?
