Default 1994 Coolant Leak - Heat Problems - Code 12

Ok, so I've posted about these problems, but I had a thought: Could there be a leak on the back half of my motor near the rear water bypass joint that is only presenting at full operating temperatures and when driven extensively or aggressively so that it leaks on the back half of the wiring harness in a worn area that is not normally shorting until there is a conductor present, such as engine coolant? Perhaps a failure of some sort in the rear water bypass altogether?

It looks like I might just pull the valve covers and intake and most of the top apart and replace gaskets and hoses and maybe the starter while I'm in there. It's starting to sound suspect.
